It was an eye opener for me that Scrum is a path to a better organisational design: https://less.works
When we apply Scrum we see what is really happening in our organisation. How many organisational constrains do we have? How value is being produced? How (in)effective we are?
Often enough we fail at that step because we decide - Scrum is not for us. Because it will require us to change our organisation and we are not ready. Even worse, we engage in Zombie Scrum
What do you think? Is Scrum just a framework or much more than that?
